Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. We'll collect the remaining 50% of the balance due 48 hours before the date of your event. If you need to reschedule, you can use the deposit towards a future rental (within 12 months of the deposit) as long as you cancel at least 48 hours before your rental date

Cleaning Fee: There are no cleaning fees. We do all the work. We will make sure that the jumper arrives to you in great condition, and we will complete a cleaning during our take down process. However, if the jumper is damaged with paint, permanent markers, punctured, etc. you will forfeit your deposit and be responsible for paying the difference at pick up.

We offer complimentary delivery and pick-up to our neighbors in Palo Alto. Menlo Park, Atherton, Redwood City, Mountain View, Sunnyvale and Los Altos

0-11 miles = Free 

12-20 miles= $30

21-25 miles = $50

Arduous locations within the travel range are subject to approval.
